A DECENT MORNING AT THE LOCAL PATCH.

Popped over to Marsh Lane again this morning getting there at 8.00 AM.It was warm but a bit misty.

The Whooper Swan was on the CP pool again but it stayed on the far bank all the time.

Not long after I'd left John and Glen in the CP hide I received a call from them telling me they had spotted a Turnstone.I had to race back there but just as I focused on it it took to the air.

Luckily it landed quite quickly and if anything it was closer.Managed some decent shots.

There was romance in the air on one of the islands as a pair of LR Plovers were enjoying the sunny morning.

Managed some more shots of a Reed Warbler from the causeway hide.My shots are slowly getting better for this Summer.
