Yellow Wagtails.

Carrying on from the last post here are some shots of the Yellow Wagtails that performed very well on the sailing club roof at Draycote Water last Friday lunchtime.

Although it was excellent conditions for taking shots I still managed to mess up loads of shots in particular when I had the 1.4 tele converter attached.Most of those were out of focus.

Here are a couple of shots of the juvenile.

These two shots are of the three adults that were on the roof.

A couple attempts at flight shots which I found far from easy.

I also tried to get shots of them chasing flies which was very difficult to say the least.Here are some of my better shots which if you have very good eyes show the fly they were after.
