FIRST VISIT TO THE LOCAL PATCH FOR A WHILE.

Popped over to Marsh Lane for the first time for quite a while yesterday. Not been out because of a bad back and because of the bad weather.Well I am a full member of the Fair Weather Birders club and we never go out if the weather is bad.

Very keen to get some shots out of the camera so it wouldn't seize up with lack of use I got onto some Oystercatchers and a Song Thrush.

Then when in the Oak hide I had a bit of luck when I found a Dunlin. It was my first of the year and for once it came into range of my lens. They usually for me at Marsh Lane are never close.
